Harness AI to Create Customized Interactive Assignments for Your Students

Professors, teachers, and instructors: imagine that you had the ability to personally train and send forth a team of teaching assistants, one for each of your students, so that as your students learned the material and completed assignments for your class, they would benefit from immediate, personalized feedback and a one-on-one tutoring experience. In this presentation I’ll present a new software product that goes a long way to giving you that very ability. The Personify web app (www.personifyai.app) allows any instructor to take existing material and assignments from his or her course, and personify them as an AI Tutor powered by GPT-4. Professors enter both questions/problems and solutions/evaluation criteria, allowing the LLM to evaluate and Socratically discuss student answers based on instructor-provided expertise. Ideal for homework assignments and practice quizzes and tests. In this workshop attendees will have an opportunity to use and experiment with the product.
