Empire State University has implemented a new web content analysis tool, Silktide, that will help us monitor compliance with the university’s Electronic Information Technology Accessibility (EITA) policy and section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Our former vendor was Siteimprove. 

T4 users will receive monthly Web Quality Assurance reports starting October 1, 2023 that include: analytics and recommendations to improve the content readability, accessibility, and user experience of the university’s webpages.  

This recording is of an instructor-led training session that reviews the site’s navigation, and include guidance on how to access and interpret reports.
