Focus2 What it is and Why You Should Use It

Focus2 is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers—it’s a resource to help you reflect on where you are now and think more clearly about what comes next.

As you move through the module, you’ll learn how to complete Focus2 assessments honestly and without overthinking, using your current experiences and instincts as a guide. You’ll explore how your academic strengths, work values, personality, and skills connect to potential career paths, and how these insights can support confident decision-making.

By the end of this module, you’ll know how to use Focus2 to explore career ideas, identify areas you want to develop, and take meaningful next steps—whether that means continuing to explore on your own or connecting with the Career Team for additional support.
