The opening plenary session for the 2021 Fall Academic Conference, which is being held 50+ years after our college was founded, is an opportunity to reflect upon continuity and change in mentoring practices. It is also a time to look ahead at how we, as college teaching/mentoring faculty, can continue to deepen and enhance our practice heading into the next fifty years. With that in mind, we are asking the following questions:

How has mentoring evolved to meet the moment and the mission?
How has your mentoring practice evolved over time and what can you discern from your experiences that anticipate the future?
What were some of your “Ah-ha” moments along the way that helped you and your mentoring practice evolve?
