According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, “employment of substance abuse, behavioral disorder, and mental health counselors is projected to grow 22 percent from 2021 to 2031, much faster than the average for all occupations.”  Hear from experts in the field about their career path, what experiences and skills you should be building upon and bits of advice while you are pursuing your degree and look to work in the field or advance in your current position.
