Bio: Tara Brettholtz is vice president of Talent Strategy for Goldman Sachs Ayco, based in Cohoes, NY. In this role, she is responsible for implementing recruiting strategies and talent development programs. Previously, she worked in financial coaching, training and human capital management roles. Tara earned a B.A. in Public Relations and Psychology from SUNY Oswego in 1999 and an M.A. in Adult Learning from Empire State University in 2016. She lives in Clifton Park, NY with her family.
