Bio: Jon Easton is a Cyber Security Advisor with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He evaluates critical infrastructure for cyber risk, shares cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation, and provides coordination and support in times of cyber threat disruption. Before joining CISA, Jon worked as an ethical hacker and led a “red team” tasked with conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration tests. Jon is an alumnus of SUNY Empire and is passionate about expanding opportunities in the field of Cybersecurity.
