SUNY Empire State College and Restaurant Opportunities Centers (ROC) United held a formal signing ceremony at our 4 Park Ave. location in Manhattan to celebrate a new corporate and community partnership. Officer in Charge Nathan Gonyea and ROC United President and CEO Sekou Siby affirmed the agreement, which gives ROC United members and employees a direct pathway to a college degree at SUNY Empire.
