The EdTech Webinar series is proud to present our webinar entitled “Uses of ESC’s Lynda.com for Pedagogical Engagement.”
This webinar is Thursday, April 27th, from 12 PM to 1 PM via Skype for Business.
SUNY Empire State College’s agreement with Lynda.com provides on-demand learning and training to all faculty, staff and students.
Lynda.com, a global leader in skills development, has helped hundreds of students, industry leaders and educators build their skill sets in areas like business skills, programming and project management for more than 20 years. Their learning solutions serve more than 10,000 organizations worldwide, offering video-based training material and curriculum in five different languages.
Users have access to more than 4,000 training courses.
Take advantage of this excellent resource for learning on demand as the college strives for a digitally fluent workforce and student population.
This webinar will be hosted by Edward Peck, Training Coordinator of User Technical Support Services and Michael Fortune, Educational Technologist for the Capital District Region and the School of Graduate Studies.
Ed Peck will go through the overall design, presentation and functionality of Lynda.com. This functionality will make your experience using Lynda more rewarding and can allow you to present small lessons from Lynda to your students.
