Bio: Lisa Unangst is assistant professor of higher education at Empire State University. Previously, she served as postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Higher Education Governance Ghent and visiting assistant professor at Ohio University. Lisa earned a PhD in Higher Education from Boston College, EdM in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and BA in American Studies/German Studies from Smith College. Her research focuses on the intersection of migration, diversity, and displacement as related to higher education.
