Nicole LaMora Lenihan, Integra HR
My HR career began in 2001 while pursuing a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, where I discovered a passion for strengthening organizational systems and supporting employee growth. Over the years, I’ve built broad experience as an HR Generalist, working in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, safety, and compliance, including in fast-paced, multi-location operations.
I earned my PHR certification in 2007 and continue to stay current through ongoing professional development. After pausing my HR work to focus on my family, I spent over a decade in early childhood education, which enriched my perspective on people-centered practices. Today, I combine my HR expertise and teaching experience in my consulting role at Integra HR, where I bring adaptability, clear communication, and a commitment to meaningful progress.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two teenagers (and two mini golden dogs!) who loves her morning coffee and the energy of live music.
