Bio: Maggie Alix started her career with the Village of Green Island as the Director of Parks & Recreation. She later took on the roles of Sole Appointed Assessor and Code Enforcement/Building Inspector. Maggie currently holds the position of Executive Assistant to the Mayor. She is the Chief Executive Officer of the Green Island Industrial Development Agency and oversees the operations of the Green Island Senior Center, the Green Island Food Pantry and Christmas Program. Maggie is the current Past President on the New York State Assessors Association (NYSAA) Executive Board. She has been serving on the NYSAA Executive Board for ten years. Maggie is a 1999 graduate of Heatly School, and a 2003 graduate of Siena College.
